To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mq8 shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the mq8 platform, even if mq8 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
mq8's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims arising under or in connection with these terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player to their mq8 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
mq8 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond mq8's reasonable control may result in temporary platform unavailability.
