Wagering / Rollover Requirement
The number of times you must bet your bonus amount before you can withdraw associated winnings. A 15x rollover on a MYR 200 bonus means you must place MYR 3,000 in total bets before any cashout is allowed.
Example: Claim MYR 100 bonus with 10x rollover → you must wager MYR 1,000 total before withdrawing.
Maximum Bet During Bonus
While using bonus funds, most platforms cap individual bets — typically at MYR 25–50 per spin or hand. Exceeding this limit can void your bonus and any associated winnings.
Example: If max bet is MYR 30 and you place a MYR 100 bet with bonus funds active, the bonus may be forfeited.
Game Contribution Rate
Not all games contribute equally to clearing your wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games like blackjack or baccarat often contribute only 10–20%.
Example: MYR 100 bet on slots clears MYR 100 of rollover. The same MYR 100 bet on blackjack clears only MYR 10.
Bonus Expiry
Bonuses and the requirement to clear them are time-limited — commonly 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of claiming. Uncompleted rollover within the window results in the bonus being cancelled.
Example: A 14-day bonus claimed on June 1 expires June 15. Uncleared rollover is forfeited on expiry.
Sticky vs Non-Sticky Bonus
A sticky (non-cashable) bonus stays in your account to play with but cannot itself be withdrawn — only the winnings generated from it can be. A non-sticky bonus is added to your real balance and can be withdrawn once rollover is met.
Example: Sticky MYR 100 bonus → you win MYR 250 total. You withdraw MYR 150 (winnings only, not the bonus MYR 100).
Maximum Cash-Out (Bonus Cap)
Some bonuses cap how much you can withdraw from winnings derived from bonus funds — for example, a maximum of 5x the bonus amount. This protects the platform from unlimited exposure on generous promotions.
Example: MYR 50 bonus with 5x max cashout → you can withdraw at most MYR 250 from bonus-derived winnings.
